What is the User Menu?
At the bottom of the left sidebar, you can see your username with an expand button. Clicking on it reveals additional options for managing your account.
How to Access

Look at the Bottom of the Left Sidebar
Find the bottom section of the navigation menu.

Find Your Username
Your username is displayed at the bottom of the sidebar.

Click the Expand Button
Click the expand button next to your username.

View Available Options
A menu with additional options will appear.

View and change your subscription plan to access more features and users.

Sign out of your NeoTrak account securely.
Subscription Plans
When you click on Upgrade Plan, you can choose between the following options:
FREE Plan
- Basic features included
- 1 User included
- Up to 5 projects per workspace
- Standard security scanning
- Community support
PAID Plan
- Full access to all features
- Up to 10 users included
- Unlimited projects
- Advanced security scanning
- Priority support
- API access
- Custom integrations
Additional Users
If you need more than 10 users on the Paid plan, you can add additional users at a per-user cost.
Additional User Cost: $20 per user per month
